Help for British Sign Language (BSL) users
If you are deaf, have hearing loss or have difficulty speaking, we can help you.
SignLive is a free service that will connect you to a qualified online BSL interpreter. The interpreter will relay the conversation between you and a member of staff. It can also be used for face-to-face conversations when travelling through one of our bus stations in West Yorkshire. Please ask a colleague if you’d like to use SignLive, or scan a QR code on one of the SignLive posters at the bus station.
