Where does it go?

Sowerby Bridge, SowerbyBridge Rail Station, Sowerby, Marton Heights, Rawson Road, Norland, Boulderclough and Hubberton.

It also serves the housing area east of Tuel Lane.

Who can use it?

The service is available to anyone.

When does it run?

Mondays to Fridays only between 0900 and 1400. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

How much does it cost?

  • Adult single fare is £1.50.
  • Adult return fare is £2.00

Please pay the driver the exact fare, if possible, or show a valid English National Concessionary passes or Metro pre-paid ticket.

How do I book?

  1. Call the booking line on 07467 997722 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm) and pre-book your journey up to one week before you want to travel. Pre-booked journeys will be given priority. Any 'on the day' travel requests will be accommodated if possible. Please give at least one hour's notice.
  2. Tell us the date and time you wish to travel, the pick-up and drop-off locations and whether you would like a return journey.
  3. Tell us how many of you will be travelling and if there are any specific travel requirements e.g. wheelchair or pushchairs.

Please note: Ring and Ride is a shared service, so you maybe travelling with other users of the service.
