Disabled Person's Travel Pass Applications

We have made some changes to how applications for disabled person’s travel passes are assessed.
From 1 October, your Local Authority are no longer assessing applications for disabled person’s travel passes. All applications are now being assessed by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
How does this change affect me?
- You can still apply for a new travel pass, or renew your travel pass online at wymetro.com
If you are unable to apply online, you can send a paper application form, or a large print or easy read paper application form by email to: InclusiveTravel@westyorks-ca.gov.uk or by post to: The Inclusive Travel Team, PO Box 917 Leeds, LS1 9WS.
- You can collect paper application forms from a Bus Station Travel Centre
- If you have already applied to your local authority, and you have not yet had a decision, your application has been passed to us and is being assessed by the Inclusive Travel Team.
