First 590 591 592 593 Halifax-Hebden Bridge-Todmorden-Rochdale/Burnley (Calderdale)

From Sunday 18 May, Calder Valley services 590, 591, 592 and 593 that have changed.

Here is a summary of what has changed:

• Most 590 journeys between Rochdale and Todmorden will be extended from/to Halifax.

• The combined frequency between Todmorden and Burnley will go from half-hourly to hourly, with all journeys operating between Halifax and Burnley as service 591 via Mereclough.

• Journeys currently numbered 593 between Halifax and Hebden Bridge will be renumbered 592.

• Some early morning and late evening journeys between Halifax and Hebden Bridge with extremely low passenger usage will be withdrawn.

• Weekdays - Late evening (after 2000) between Halifax and Hebden Bridge, the frequency of buses will go from half-hourly to hourly.

• Saturdays - the combined daytime frequency between Halifax and Hebden Bridge will go from every 15 min to every 20 min, and late evening (after 2000) will be go from half-hourly to hourly.

• Sundays - the morning frequency between Halifax and Todmorden will change from half hourly to hourly. Many journeys will be retimed by 5-15 minutes, and some will be significantly retimed.
