You need to make your application via Calderdale Council’s webpage above.  Please note that applications are assessed by ourselves at the West Yorkshire Combined Authority. However, if you have any issues or technical difficulties with the portal hosted on Calderdale Council's website, you must contact them for advice.

Renewals for September 2025

Award made on distance criteria - you do not need to do anything as we will take care of your renewal automatically. However, if you have since moved house or changed schools, you must make a new application using the link above.

Award made on low means criteria – you need to re-apply using the link.
