Applying and renewing

To apply for a Pass or to renew an existing Blind or Disabled Pass you can register for an online account and complete the online application form.

To complete an online application you must have:

  • A valid email address
  • Evidence of your disability to upload from your computer, tablet or smartphone
  • A digital photo (taken in the last 12 months) to upload from your computer, tablet or smartphone

If you are unable to complete an online application, please download and print a paper application form.

We also have a large print application form.

If you can't print a paper application form, please call in to a Bus Station Travel Centre to pick up a form.

You will need to provide:

  • Evidence of your disability
  • A passport type photo (taken in the last 12 months)
